Thomas inherited his charming accent from Paris, where he was born. He landed in Malta in 2007 and got married to i-Gaming and found a life partner in one fell swoop. The 2020 lockdown created the perfect mindspace to lay the foundations of what soon became his third baby: Lagio Gaming.

Founder & COO
Born in Asia to French and Swiss parents, Misha boasts a 20-year business journey across Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, Malta, France and Portugal, navigating through online retail and dating, direct marketing and iGaming.
His entrepreneurial spirit, motivated by learning and sharing that learning, serves both as the architect of Lagio’s infrastructure and the coordinator of its development team.

Henri Etrillard,
the gaming industy legend
Born on a farm in France, it was not a given that Henri, the country boy, would start his professional life as a blackjack dealer on a cruise ship.
When he started LAGIO GAMING three decades and many ventures in gaming later, he was called one of the i-gaming industry’s “founding fathers”. Driven by unrivalled entrepreneurial know-how and guided by invaluable experience gained across the globe, Henri mastered the art of meaningful relationships.
Our visionary opened every possible door in the industry to make this gaming studio successful. He ensured relevant conversations turned into impactful connections at every development stage, therefore making our gaming studio future-proof despite his absence.
When he left our world too early in May 2024, his family, close friends and business partners all came to the obvious agreement that this masterpiece should outlive him and pay tribute to a life well lived.
The show must go on.
